How to Share files with Learners

To make uploaded files available to all users enrolled in a course to download or print, go to the course's "Dashboard" and click the "Add content" button (1) next to the lesson that contains the files. From the drop-down menu, pick the "go to files" (2) option.





In the files page, there is an "Add file or drag and drop here" (3) button for uploading new files and a list of existing files. To share these files with your learners, click on the switch (4) next to each file until it goes green.



From then on, when users are on the course's homepage, they get the option to view a lesson's shared files by clicking on the folder icon (5).



From the lesson's files page, learners can either view or download a file by clicking on the respective icon (6)
