How the point system works so you can earn and learn simultaneously

Upon signing in and completing profiles, users will receive rewards as they navigate the website, complete courses, surveys, share certificates, etc. This initiative aims to motivate users to complete more courses and enhance their learning, making them more marketable. Additionally, an in-app tour will highlight three areas on the dashboard: "My Individual Courses," "Career Paths," and "XP Dashboard."

Points earned will enable users to qualify for the accumulated value of the gift certificates on the XP dashboard. Badge levels will be determined based on points accumulated. Users will progress through different badge levels as they collect points, signifying their engagement and interaction with the LMS.

Unlocking XP Rewards  

Once a user accumulates enough points to unlock experiences, they may do so by clicking the "unlock" button. Note this unlock button will only appear when the required number of points have been attained.

After clicking the unlock button, users will receive a notification to check their email with instructions. Email templates will be created per career experience to be triggered upon unlocking with the required links.

Bonus Gift Cards  

Users will receive gift cards for meeting academic objectives, participating in daily academic excellence, giving feedback, posting certificates and responding to posted surveys.

To redeem gift cards, user will receive email with reward along with a follow up call. Once the phone number is present, a SMS will be sent with the gift card link for redemption and instructions if not their email address will used to distribute the reward.

Users can then use this gift card to redeem at their favorite store online or in person by using the barcode.
