Tracking Attendance in Training Sessions (Zoom)

Tracking Attendance in Training Sessions (Zoom)

There are a few ways you can track attendance, from the LMS and from your Zoom Session.

To track from the LMS, scroll to the bottom of the training session page.

Then click on View Attendance. This will bring up a pop-up window to view those enrolled versus those who attended the session.

From your Active Zoom Session, you can add an 'app' called Attendance Taker which will allow you to track attendance easily. To do this, Nativate to the bottom of your active zoom session, and there you will see apps.

Click on Apps, then search for Attendance Taker. Then, click on "Get".

This attendance taker automatically takes attendance in your meetings & webinars. It allows you to download a csv or xls report to track who joined and participated in the meetings.
