Points and Badges

In addition to winning prizes and awards, accumulated points may be used to unlock gift-card experiences on the XP dashboard (only if this feature is enabled by your administrator).

You may earn points and badges by engaging in various activities on the platform. From logging on to doing quizzes to engaging in discussions.


Here’s how you can earn points:

Logging In: You may accumulate points on multiple logins in a single week. Each successful login awards 1,000 points. 

Complete Skills Gap Test: You will be awarded 10,000 point at the completion of a Skills Gap Test. 

Communication: each comment within a discussion awards the user 100 points. 

Complete Unit: Successful completion of a single Unit will award the user 3,000 points.  This is a one-time award and will not be granted even if the user repeats the Unit.

Live Session: Successful completion of a Live Session will award the user 2,000 points. 

Test/Quiz: Successful completion of a Live Session will award the user 5,000 points.

Course Enrollment: Successful completion of a Live Session will award the user 3,000 points. 

Course Completion: Successful completion of a Live Session will award the user 10,000 points. 

Complete Certification: Earns user 5,000 points

Doing Survey: Successfully completing and submitting a survey earns you 100 points and Gift Card so look out for them.

As you continue to earn points, you gain badges
The number of points earned will automatically place you in the leaderboard. Your badge level is determined by a specific number of points accumulated.
