How to Customize Notifications

How to Customize Notifications

Step 1: Sign in as an Administrator and click on the Notifications module, select the edit (pencil) icon.

Step 2. You will then see the customization screen. The very first section shows a notification that is sent to the 'end user' (usually the learner)

1. Users who will receive the notification.
2. This is the heading that the end-user will see when the notification is received.
3. This is the content of the email that will be received. You can edit this message as you would like.
4. These are the parameters you can add to the message. The system will generate what each parameter is in plain text when the notification is sent.

Step 3. This is the message sent to you ( Administrator), or any additional users you add as a recipient whenever a notification is sent.
These have the same parameters as the message to the end-user.

End.
