How to Access The New LMS Course Catalog

The course catalog has received a significant update, making it easier for users to search for and add interactive courses to enrich their learning experience. This article will detail how you can access the new course marketplace and integrate courses into your LMS.


Accessing the Content Marketplace

To access the marketplace, log in as an administrator and click the Go1 Market Place (1) icon at the bottom of your homepage dashboard.






Clicking on the icon will take you the Go1 Marketplace Portal, which offers a vast selection of courses. The homepage provides search options and recommended courses to help you get started.





Locating Specific Courses

To locate specific courses, use the search module (1) at the top of the portal. Enter keywords or course names in the search box (2) and apply filters (3) to narrow down the results.






Once you’ve entered a search term, the portal will display relevant courses and aid your search through related AI-suggested topics (1)You can refine your results further by applying additional filters (2) to match your specific needs.





Adding Courses to Your Library

When you find a course you'd like to add to your LMS, you can either add it directly to your library (1) or save it to a playlist by clicking the Save button (2).






Courses added to your library can be accessed by clicking the "Library" module (1) at the top of the portal. Within this module, you can search for courses (2) or apply filters (3) to locate specific content.





Syncing Courses to Your LMS

Once you’ve identified the courses you’d like to add to the LMS, you can select one or multiple courses (1) and click the "Sync to LMS" button (2) at the top of the portal. After a short delay, you will receive a notification confirming the courses have been successfully synced to the LMS.





Adding Courses to Your Created Playlist

Alternatively, you can organize courses using the playlist feature. Click the "My Playlists" module (1) at the top of the portal to view your playlists. The Save button mentioned earlier allows you to add courses to an existing playlist or create a default playlist titled "Saved for Later" (2).






Once you’ve identified the courses you’d like to add to the LMS, you can select one or multiple courses and click the "Sync to LMS" button (1) at the top of the portal. After a short delay, you will receive a notification confirming the courses have been successfully synced to the LMS.





Finding Your Courses on The LMS

After syncing your courses, they will be available in the LMS. To view them, navigate to the "Courses" module (1) in the LMS, where you’ll find the newly added courses along with their related details (2).
